Ohh ye..so far the result is good.Ekceli i nak guna herbalife ni untuk maintain weight since berat i kadang2 48..kdg2 50..but bila makan herbalife ni rasa la kurang sikit selera makan tu bcoz rasa kenyang je bila minum shake.Cuma tula kdg2 skip jugak,bukan apa xde disiplin nak blend the shake hehe..tp mcm u ckp,i dpt rs effect bila ambik tea tu..kerap ke bilik air  .Tp mcm pening2 tu xdela.So far semuanya ok..mungkin kene rajin sket then br bleh turun smpai 45 kg ke hahah.Who noes kan.And hrtu gi tempah buat baju,tailor tu tny i turun berat badan ke bcoz ukuran dh lain..shows i'm shrinking la kot hehe.
